Right and left access holes are cut into roof so down tube welds can be finished.
Right side door bar completed. Rear down tubes extended into trunk. Door bar extends into rear wheel well.
Fabricate left side door bars along with gussets and plating.
Install right side door bars and add gussets for strength.
Plug factory seat mount access holes in floor board. Create new seat mounts which will accept Sparco seat slider and Sparco seat.
Hidden knee bar added to front uprights. Knee bar triangulates into firewall which will allow export brace to triangulate to shock towers.
Removal of the factory drivers seat mount. This will allow a fabricated seat mount to be installed for the racing seat.
Fitting the custom bent roll-cage main hoop and front uprights. Upright’s enter top of dash. 1.75 x .095 DOM steel tube.
Metal perforation camouflaged by spraying bed liner over the corrosion. Sheet metal was removed and replaced with a reproduction stamping.
